The best way to insure Referral credit is to request your
own 'Affiliate Website'. This can be set up free of charge for you by your enrollment
representative or go to parentshelpingteens.com. When an enrollment results from an inquiry on your
Affiliate Website, you are automatically identified as the Referral source.
RULES for receiving Referral Credit
In order to qualify for a referral credit:
1. The persons you refer MUST be referred back to the admissions agency who enrolled your child. Specific toll free phone numbers for each admissions agency are listed below.
2. The persons you refer MUST respond on your Affiliate Website OR call on your assigned Affiliate Referral toll-free number that corresponds with the admission agency that enrolled your child (listed below).
3. The persons you refer MUST NOT have previously contacted the admissions agency or requested information from any of their affiliated websites. You must be the first source of contact. Any secondary or later contact is always considered a reference and will not be credited as a referral.
4. The persons you refer MUST give your name or website during their first initial contact with the admissions company, when asked how they were referred.
5. In order for an Affiliate to receive a month's tuition credit for a referral, the child being referred MUST enroll on a 12 month contract. If the referred child is enrolled for less than 12 months, the affiliate will not be eligible for a month's tuition credit but may instead receive a $1,000 credit toward their next month's tuition.
6. If you have volunteered to be on a Reference List, and a parent contacts you through one admissions agency, you cannot refer that parent to a different admissions agency and receive a referral credit (this is monitored by reviewing information given during the first contact with any of the admissions agencies).
7. The referred client must be enrolled for at least 30 (thirty) days in order for the Affiliate to be eligible to receive any referral credit.
8. All Affiliate referrals will be reviewed for approval before any referral credits will be issued. This will take at least 30 (thirty) days. ( See Rule # 7 )
9. There are no guarantees that an Affiliate will receive referral credit on any time, money or effort that was spent in the process of referring someone to any of the Schools or Programs.
10. For those Affiliates in which their child is no longer enrolled, they may be eligible to receive a $1,000 in lieu of a month's tuition credit.
11. The schools reserve the right to restrict anyone from the Affiliate Referral Program at any time.
12. Custom websites must meet the terms and conditions of the website agreement: website agreement
13. Affiliates agree to not use spam as a method of contacting.
14. The schools reserve the right to modify the Affiliate Referral Program and its rules at any time without prior notice.
It is essential that the above tracking procedures be followed, in order to ensure your referral
credit.
